    I don’t get it. đŸ˜¦ Maybe I’ve not recovered as much as I like to think I have, maybe my tea’s not working…

        Well I’m very tired right now, but I may look it up later.

        It’s a Charlie Chaplin film, if that helps……from 1925….?

        I could just as easily used “Metropolis” or “The Jazz Singer”…

        I still don’t get it. I’ve had a hearty lunch and a lil nap. I’m sorry to have failed you.

        But does anything go in the blanks? Or is it just a series of silence?

        It’s just a dumb joke I’m afraid; the idea of there having been an original piece of silence that had to be edited into another piece of silence amused me, that’s all.

        I guessed the crossed out patch of silence might have confused some people too. Again, I can only apologize ;~}

      My apologies, when a daft idea gets into my head I have to write it down to get rid of it. ;~}

    I have to admit, at first was thinking Morse Code. But then I read the comments. Funny, either way. đŸ™‚
