This Just Jot It January thread is turning out to be a bit of a double edged sword; I’ve enjoyed the challenge of posting something each day and love the fact that I have discovered a whole raft of new blogs to read, follow and comment on, but on the other hand it’s giving me a terrible case of “blogger’s guilt”.
This is the nagging feeling that there just aren’t enough hours in the day to get round to visiting the increasing number of blogs that I now follow, (don’t ask me how many, I’ve lost count) a feeling made worse by the fact that every day brings new likes, comments and followers on Diary of an Internet Nobody, all of whom I feel honour bound to visit in return.
Now that may sound somewhat ungrateful, but nothing could be further from the truth.
I’m thrilled that more and more people are choosing to join me on my erratic journey through the ether, I just don’t want anyone to feel as if I’m not giving them the reciprocal attention they so richly deserve.
I shall persevere though, so if I’ve not visited you for a while, it’s not through lack of trying.
I’m working full time, I have a packed Star Trek watching schedule to fit in when Rhonda is working in the evenings (my ongoing cultural education of Audrey, the newly-confirmed seven year old sci-fi geek) and the small matter of three blogs to keep up to date.
So with that in mind, I had decided just to post a few more photos today, (because I’m sure many of you have similarly busy lives and don’t always want to wade through hugely long and wordy blog posts) but as I was forced to admit to JJIJ host, Linda G Hill today, I really do have a problem with brevity.
Here are some nice photos for you anyway.
Watch the birdie…

Reading and commenting has become all I do, but then again, this is my baby. I think I’m just about caught up. …wait… what day is it? 🙄
Beautiful photos! For the sake of brevity, I’ll
