K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge…

25 Jul

I’m on the road today, heading back up to Sussex to visit friends and family, so I’m hoping that this scheduled post publishes itself on time.

I’ll check in later anyway, to add a link to K’lee’s photo, but until then, here’s my contribution to this week’s prompt; Water.

These sprinkly sculptures were all made using just a hose pipe, with a garden fence in the background, (plus a side order of digital mucking about, obviously) see what you think…

Here’s K’lee’s photo for the day.

Ok, so now let’s see your wet and wonderful offerings.

Go on, splash out on the Cosmic Photo Challenge.

To get involved with the challenge, post a photo (or several, the more the merrier) to your blog on Monday, add a pingback to this post (or to K’lee’s) and don’t forget to tag your post #CosPhoChal.

Alternatively, add a link to your blog in the comments of either mine or K’lee’s post and we’ll come and check out your entry.

Any and all effects, editing, Photoshop, Instagram, morphing, collages or whatever other post production techniques you fancy are permitted, (in fact, they’re actively encouraged!) so get creative and turn your photos into artworks for the Cosmic Photo Challenge.

Interesting take. What do you see? This could be a new type of analysis.

        1. College-aged lips just about to open for the Swallow the Live Goldfish Dare.
        2. Charwoman on her knees scrubbing the floor. From behind.
        3. Creature from the Black Lagoon surfacing suddenly.
        4. Wide set eyes, tiny mouth, pointy head. Obviously an alien from the ’50s.
        5. Ice Queen of the Southern Rockhopper Penguins in her coronation gown, about to bless her subjects.
        6. A 9-figure totem pole with man on the bottom and the monkey on the top, all spiderwebby-crazed glass.
        7. A crystal portal to the Navajo past with welcoming spirits inside.
        8. A vase with one of those rubber toys that you squeeze and the eyes and antennae pop out suspended inside.

Okay, Dr. Dale. What might these things indicate about my state of mind? Or do I not want to know? lol

To me, it indicates that you need to read more excellent photo blogs.

Wow. They’re amazing! Rorschach, eat your heart out. (And no, I’m not going to tell you what I see other than to say it’s obviously been a long time since the last time I had sex.)
