Apologies for another late post, it seems as if I’m getting further behind on the blog each week, but you still have the weekend to find inspiration in the prompt for Monday’s regular K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge.
I’m picking this week’s theme and I think I’m going to keep it open and simple, instead of directing you towards a particular subject or style; Contrast.
However you choose to illustrate it, make sure your post features some sort of contrasting images. Whether that means shooting in stark monochrome, or comparing and contrasting different textures, highlighting the difference between dark and light, or simply picking subjects in two distinctly opposite colours; as usual the only limit to what you post is your own imagination.
Remember, you can post as many photos as you like, just make sure they are your own original work and, most importantly, have fun.
To get involved with the challenge, post a photo to your blog on Monday, add a pingback to this post (or to K’lee’s) and don’t forget to tag your post #CosPhoChal.
Alternatively, add a link to your blog in the comments of either mine or K’lee’s post and we’ll come and check out your entry.
Any and all effects, editing, Photoshop, Instagram, morphing, collages or whatever other post production techniques you fancy are permitted, (in fact, they’re actively encouraged!) so get creative and turn your photos into artworks for the Cosmic Photo Challenge.
