One liner Wednesday: Alternative dictionary…

18 Jan

Some of these alternative definitions just pop into my head unannounced and not even I know why or where they come from. This week’s is one of those, so if it’s a case of “ok, just me then”, I apologise in advance;

“Scandals” – Outrageous or controversial beach footwear.

    Scandals would be totally appropriate attire for beach-goers having an illicit affair in the sand.

        Well, if one doesn’t know if they are writing good or bad stuff maybe it is an unconscious thing.

        It’s more a case of not knowing if anyone ELSE will think it’s good. I think everything I write is brilliant, obviously, but I’m a big believer in anything creative being almost entirely subjective, so I make allowances for everyone else’s shortcomings in my assessment of perceived brilliance.

        But you knew that.
