March of the Internet Nobody, day twenty three: Giving the gift of gif…

23 Mar

So I finally had someone take me up on my offer to craft a quick gif for them, namely Deborah Drucker from over at Notes Tied To The Sagebrush, which I’m premiering here, prior to handing it over to her to use as she wishes.

I decided to go with simple, apposite and vaguely comical, using the header image from Deborah’s blog as a background for a fairly basic stop frame animation. I hope she’s pleased with it and I hope that you like my fourth quickfire gif of the week.

See you tomorrow for the Cosmic Photo prompt and more giffage.

    Thank you, Dale. The giff is cute and whimsical. It is like me when I am mulling over what I want to write next, if anything, and the tumbleweeds are rolling around. ๐Ÿ™‚

      Phew, I’m glad you like it. I just saw your header photo and had a flash of inspiration.

        Yup. It is about sagebrush which we usually associate with tumbleweeds and my inspiration for the name of my blog comes from a story about a western pioneer woman who ties notes onto the tumbleweeds. I found out that sagebrush does not turn into tumbleweeds but I like the name anyway. ๐Ÿ™‚

        Ah, I wasn’t sure, but I figured they were similar enough that they’d be relevant

        Yes, check it out. I just posted it to my blog page in a widget. I think it looks good. Thank you, Dale!

        Oh yes, very nice. Sorry, I had to force the desktop version on my phone before I could see it

        Well I may put it in different locations. I do not want to change my header because I really love the image. I am doing a blog post now about your giff offer as a Thank You to you. ๐Ÿ™‚

        That’s very nice of you, thanks.
        I didn’t expect you to use it for your header, I just thought it would tie in nicely with the rest of your blog if I used that photo.

        Yes, it does tie in. ๐Ÿ™‚

        By the way, it’s “dalecooper57”, not Dale Cooper (especially with the imminent return of Twin Peaks) if you’re mentioning me in a post, thanks. ;~}
